Netpresenter unlocks the communication potential of every PC

One of the strongest points of Netpresenter is that we reach people through multiple devices. With one message, you can reach employees on their mobile phones, laptops, and through narrowcasting screens. However, technology and behavior are changing, so we are constantly looking for new ways to stay “in view” with your employees. That’s why Netpresenter is introducing the Corporate Lock Screen and Corporate Wallpaper.
The new screensavers
At Netpresenter, in 1995, we were the first company to utilize the screen space of screensavers as a means of communication with our Corporate Screensaver. The corporate screensaver is still popular, but people now use their PCs in different . Due to an increasing threat of cyber attacks, people lock their PCs for security reasons when they momentarily leave their workstations (something we definitely encourage!). Many workstations also have a second monitor that is not always in use and displays a wallpaper.
In these locked PCs and unused screens, we saw new opportunities to reach employees even better. That’s why we are introducing our Corporate Wallpaper and Corporate Lock Screen, just like a quarter of a century ago.
Familiar and easy
As you would expect from Netpresenter, both the Corporate Lock Screen and Wallpaper are incredibly user-friendly. You don’t have to go through the hassle of adjusting Group Policies through your IT department; instead, you simply send your messages automatically to every workstation via the trusted Message Server. With one of the many templates, you can make sure your message looks exactly the way you want it to. Including an image, video, or GIF? That’s not a problem at all. Just check how your message will appear in different screen sizes, and you’re ready to publish!
In short, it’s just as easy as adjusting our Corporate Screensaver. However, your message now appears as a background and on the lock screen of all computers in your company. This way, you can continue to reach all your employees today and in the future without disturbing them with emails or disrupting their workflow in any other way.
Of course, with the Corporate Lock Screen and Wallpaper, it’s also possible to target messages to specific groups, such as departments or locations in offices. Important news? You can effortlessly reach everyone, regardless of their workstation.
