How do you protect your employees nowadays?

The world is slowly becoming a more unsafe place. Every time we wake up and open the newspaper, there’s a bold headline of a new, shocking incident. As an employer, this puts a lot of pressure on your shoulders. After all, it’s your duty to keep your employees safe during working hours. But how do you protect your employees?

Or an active shooter enters the building wielding his gun? Be sure all your staff members know about your reporting procedures, alarm systems, evacuation plans and shutdown procedures.
