Autumn Release ’21: An even better overview of your employee communication and a brand-new integration with Workplace from Facebook

It’s here! The Netpresenter Autumn Release ’21! We are always working hard to make our communication platform even better and more versatile. Today, we can introduce several new features, as well as our integration with Workplace from Facebook. Read on and discover everything the Netpresenter Autumn Release ’21 has to offer.

Netpresenter Playlists

With our new playlists feature, you will see at a glance what content is being displayed on each screen and what your employees are currently seeing. As a publisher, you can see an exact preview of all active slides currently shown on a specific screen. The player list also gives you a complete overview of all PC- and TV players connected to a channel, including valuable details such as username, description, version number, and when the player was last connected.

Workplace integration 

We’re also excited to announce our all-new integration with Workplace from Facebook. This integration enables you to automatically display the latest updates from Workplace channels on every screen within your organization. Show Workplace posts and updates, including images, and comments, to easily keep your entire workforce informed about the latest company news.

• Advanced scheduling
  Our advanced scheduling gives you even more control over which messages are visible and at what times. Automatically repeat messages at the best times, like at the beginning or end of the working day or during the lunch break. This way, your screens will always have relevant, up-to-date content, and you can use the power of repetition without any extra work.

• Message copying
  Easily reuse your messages by copying them to other channels with our handy copy function.

• Default ticker feed
  Apply a default ticker feed to all messages in a channel.

• Mute video sound
  Mute the sound of videos and YouTube videos.
