Hi! I am Jan Poelmans, and I am 36 years old. After studying Electronics-IC, I started working as a Support Engineer at Netpresenter in 2009.

When I started at Netpresenter 12 years ago, it was my first real job. I started in the support department but soon moved on to the direction of software development.

What convinced me to join Netpresenter was the innovative software and working with large international customers. I also wanted to work in a smaller company instead of a multinational where you are just a number on the payroll.

I will celebrate my 12-year anniversary at Netpresenter this year, and I feel like that speaks volumes about the organization. I get to work with the latest technologies, I learn a lot of new things that I can then apply in my work, and in the process, my input is genuinely valued and appreciated. This, combined with great colleagues, informal atmosphere, and flat company culture, still makes me enjoy going to work eachmorning.
