Besides reaching staff, they also wanted a way to engage staff and to help bring high-level awareness to messages they were promoting on the intranet or via e-mail, in real-time.

Piedmont reaches staff through screensavers on PCs in stations that are centrally located throughout the areas of the hospitals and screens in break rooms.
