I’m Bas, and since 2023 I’ve been working as a Customer Success Manager at Netpresenter. In my role, I speak daily with organizations from all over the world that want to improve their internal communication. Together, we explore how our software can contribute to this in a smart and effective way. Not a standard solution, but always an approach that truly fits their needs.

Why Netpresenter is the right fit for me
What I find special about Netpresenter is that, with a compact team, we make an impact on a global scale. From our office in Beek, we support customers all over the world. Thanks to our short communication lines, we can act quickly and really make a difference.

On top of that, the atmosphere at the office is great. We have lunch together, a private gym, and even massages. And to be honest, the daily FIFA matches create healthy rivalry and even more team spirit.

Diversity that makes my work exciting
What I enjoy most about my work is the enormous variety of organizations I speak with. From large multinationals to local SMEs, and from healthcare institutions to manufacturing companies. Our software can be applied almost anywhere, and it’s precisely that versatility that makes my work interesting every day.

My way of working
I believe professionalism and a personal approach go hand in hand. For me, successful collaboration starts with building a connection. I do that by listening carefully, asking the right questions, and sometimes adding a touch of humor to make conversations lighter. Even in international teams, where cultural differences can sometimes create distance, I notice that this helps.

At the same time, I like to keep things practical: agreements with me are always clear and I make sure they are followed through. That builds trust and leads to strong relationships with clients.
