Meet Marisca

I’m Marisca, and since 2023 I’ve been working as an Administration & Finance employee at Netpresenter. In my role, I handle administration, finance, and some facility support on a daily basis. My goal is to ensure that everything runs smoothly from an administrative perspective, so that both our customers and we as an organization benefit.

Why Netpresenter is the right fit for me
To me, Netpresenter feels like a place where professionalism and humanity come together. The short communication lines allow us to act quickly and respond immediately. On top of that, a lot is done to keep everyone engaged: shared lunches, fun activities, a beautiful office, and great facilities. It helps everyone feel at their best, and you can clearly see that in how we collaborate.

Good administration brings structure and calm
What appeals to me most in my role is the structure and calmth that good administration brings. I find it important that processes are clear and well-organized, so everyone knows exactly what to expect. I also really enjoy contributing to a pleasant working environment. Creating a warm atmosphere in the office, ensuring everything is well arranged, and helping colleagues work comfortably makes my work valuable every day.

My way of working
I enjoy working in a structured, planned manner, with a strong sense of responsibility. I do what needs to be done, always going the extra mile. By staying in close contact with colleagues and customers, I ensure that processes run smoothly and expectations are met. Humor can certainly play a role from time to time, because work should also be enjoyable.
